Our aim is to take the strain off, and add that bit of fairy magic back in. 

All our staff are DBS checked, they are trained to the highest of standards. Once you have signed our Terms and Conditions you will be allocated a dedicated member of staff to work with you and your home. We have a strict key holding policy to give reassurance when handing over your keys to us. Further security rules will be put in place should we need to send a replacement member of staff for any reason, i.e. sickness/holiday cover. Our staff are paid a premium salary as we believe that this helps us achieve a hard working, high quality and loyal employee.
